Nantucket Red Leila Howland Nantucket Red is a sequel and I absolutely loved it mainly because the book seemed so genuine and relate-table.Cricket Thompson is the main character and the book is all about her growing up and discover just what she really wants. Ready or Not by Bridget Mendler fits the changes Cricket is going though "I'm the kinda girl who doesn't say a word,Who sits at the curb and waits for the world But I'm about to break out, about to break out I'm like a crook tonight"
7. Stone Cold Touch is the 2nd book in the dark elements trioloy and in it Layla is still torn between Zayne and Roth I picked Tear in My Heart by Twenty One Pilots because it sums up the whole love triangle thing.It works from the  perspective. of Layla to Roth or From both Roth and Zayne to Layla."Sometimes you’ve got to bleed to know,That you're alive and have a soul,But it takes someone to come around to show you how."

Legacy's synopsis will definitely draw you in if your a fan of down with the government dystopian books.The story starts of strong and just keeps going. This worked and didn't work for me I felt like everything was pretty fast paced and a bit more detail in general would have been great. The best part about the book is learning about the different emotion-altering drugs.

The book starts off with a bang with Lex and her dangerous trip across the bridge to find the rebels. In the beginning he pov switches from present to past explaining how Lex got there, and how her mother is the person who started the problem in the world that the rebels are facing. Lex was kind of hit or miss for me on one hand she was a likable character on the other she a bit stubborn somewhere towards the end of the book and she started to bother me. Quin was kind of hard to understand,he was hot then cold the next minute. I couldn't really relate to both characters. The other charterers like Max or Eddie where probably a lot more relate-able for me than the main two.

The cover fit wonderfully with the story and a few key moments in the book. Legacy is a good read/book and I can respect that but truthfully it's just not something I'd read again. Regardless to how I feel though give Legacy a shot and form you own opinion.2/5

I really didn't know what to expect when I started reading Midnight Thief. The story is about Kyra a daring thief with cat like reflexes,her certain set of skills put her in the sight of James the leader of a notorious group of people. Life has never been easy for Kyra but it's about to get a lot more interesting and a bit more dangerous. Right from the start the story starts off with a bag and keeps going. Kyra is the daring main character who feels genuine. The cast of characters are all appealing in there own way. Even the secondary characters shine though with that being said I'd definitely love to hear about Pashla's back-story.

What I really liked about the story is that it kept you interested and how the climax seems like the most obvious thing in the world only after you reached it. Seriously I feel like I should have seen it coming. Also It was refreshing that while there was some slight romance it wasn't over bearing and didn't beat you over the head. What I wasn't really feeling was how the ending fell flat for me. Hopefully there's a sequel because if not than I’ll be a bit disappointed. All in all though The Midnight Thief was a enjoyable book none the less.

The cover is a bit eerie and the cat knocker makes it that much more compelling especially the eyes Livia Blackburne has created a captivating world filled with shadowy magical realism. If you're a fan of cloak and dagger mysterious with a slight hint of romance then A Midnight thief is for you.3/5

Highschool Hierarchy :D

So recently I've been on an Echosmith kick which means I've been listening to their music nonstop. The fist song I've heard by them was Cool kids it play on the radio fairly often depending on the station. So because I've been listening to Cool Kids on repeat  of the song Cool Kids I'm making a list of books set in high school dealing with a variety of cool kids(or misfits) depending on how you look at it. I'm leaning more towards both. :)

 

Remember Just be your self everyone's a cool kids in one way or another.

Reveiw:Frostbitten

Frost bitten was a bit hit or miss for me most but not all possible shape shifting book are though. Anastasia is sent from here home to the small town of Cedar Falls because her mother has had enough.It's a fresh start, just what she needs and of course there's a unbelievably good looking boy she meets right away...

 

Anastasia  was likeable and dislikable character that seemed to fit the teenage voice pretty well. I think what made me dislike Anastasia as a character was that her actions and reactions felt over the top. Pretty much all the characters felt over the top and forced to be honest. The high school girl were too mean-ish with no provocation and even the  granddad acted the same. Anastasia, her grandma and Frost were probably the only likeable characters for me. The grandma because she was such a calming presence throughout the book  and Frost because of his subtle charm.Despite the insta-love I think that the romance between Frost and Anastasia was cute and moved along at a steady pace.
 

 

The cover is absoluty gorgeous and goes well with the novel. Just by the cover and synopsis we had a feel for what type of story this was and what possible paranormal creature you might read about.Frostbitten is a low key novel filled with mystery, romance and drama.Not a real pageturner but a decent read none the less.2/5
