One of the best things about this book was how different it was from other angel books. When the author sent me the book to check out i didnt really have high expectations i thought it was going to be some cliche angel story. There is emotions of all sorts, action, adventure and a bit of a love triangle. This book is definitely not like other Angel books i blame the Synopsis it doesn't do the book justice the ones. The book is well written and very additive and the characters are well developed that are intriguing.
At the end of Part one, I absolutely felt my heart go out to Emmy but at the same time she bothered me alot. She's 15 and so obsessively in love with Marcus,so she can get a bit annoying from time to time. She is also destined to help save the world Emmy is a bookish shy girl who is introduced to six teenaged angels with
powers, called Guardians. She is the key to help finding what they need to save everyone. The characters are a blast and my Favorite would have to be Jay and Miku. The
first and third sections are told from the female Emmys’s
point of view and the second from the view of Marcus, the head angel of the
Guardians.
Part Three Is filled wiiith action scenes and would be my favorite part of the whole story. The ending was a cliff hanger and i'm definetly going to read the next book.
Overall I liked the story especially how different from most Angel book it is.I'm not really a fan of the whole love triangle in the book or the whole love at first sight thing since it came of as a bit cliche but the story was enjoyable non the less.2/5
