Top Ten Tuesday(47): Love Freebie (Romances, swoons, OTPs, kisses, sexy scenes, etc.)

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Love Freebie (Romances, swoons, OTPs, kisses, sexy scenes, etc.)

Melissa's Picks
(Love of all types)

  1. Our Chemical Hearts by Krystal Sutherland  I will rave about this book to anyone who will listen to me.This book is on this list not for romantic love but the love between the main character and his friends..
  2. Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler  This is less of a love story and more about the aftermath of heartbreak.
  3. Good Oil by Laura Buzo This book is also called Love and Other Perishable Items, it's a pretty awesome coming of age type of love story and I really dig it for the way it ended.
  4. On the Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta This book gave me all the feels.Literally all the dam feels, the book has love of all types. Seriously read this book it is brilliant.
  5. Dreamland Social Clubby Tara Altebrando The cover to this book is flippin gorgeous and it is not just about romantical love but about loving your self.
  6.
Jessica's Picks:
(Random ass love)

  1. Cupcakes, Trinkets, and Other Deadly Magic(Dowser Book#1) by Megahn Ciana Doidge -  Amazon best seller..there are probably 7 books in all because yeah but ehh these books are awesome....I mean LOVE, MAGIC, SHIFTERS, and DEATH but mainly LOVE.. This is my kind of book, like everything I love in books! (I'll put the link above so you can BUY it)
  2. Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon- I should start by saying, I haven't read the book but I watched the movie....AND Yes, the romantic-al parts are beautiful! I encourage everyone to watch this movie but I think it counts as reading if I watched it with subtitles..but any who I love Maddy & Olly this wasn't insta-love but it progressed over time, even if that time was 96 minutes movie time...haha
  3.  Warm Bodies (The Warm Bodies Series) by Issac Marion  - Same warning as above I watched the movie, with subtitles..Yes, I know it totally counts! Romance you say well R did hold Julie captive but then their love blossomed from there...R struggled with his life as a zombie. He started showing signs of being human again after eating Perry Julie's boyfriend brains..I love the sympathetic monster R became...Also note that the movie it COMPLETELY different from the book...#whoops
  4.  The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare- Best romance in the entire series is Alec Lightwood & Magnus Bane!! I love it! I love how Alec was able to change Magnus, just showing him that he loves him! Also shoutout to Magnus for helping Alec deal with his personal issues, and helping him live his own life outside of Jace's shadow....who for the record did not deserve Alec as a friend. I also have not forgiven Alec for slamming Clary against the wall...
  5.  Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling When Ron and Hermione finally kiss! This was worth waiting six books for even if I feel uncomfortable writing this now...I'm glad it finally happened the build up took so long...I mean Ron doesn't deserve Hermione at all but ehh she's happy I guess.
